PEPYS ESTATE in Lewisham ; “THE TOWER” (formerly Aragon Tower) ; 144 existing maisonettes refurbished plus 19 new dwellings on top
OLDMEAD AND BARTLET TOWERS in Barking & Dagenham(98 dwellings)
FOUR COURTS in St Leonards-on-sea (384 dwellings+local neighbourhood office)
