Ultimately will be 935 new units of mixed tenure dwellings. Client was Barratt with LB Barnet and Family Mosaic Housing Association. The task consisted of devising and implementing a masterplan to acheive phased replacement of Stonegrove and Spur Road estates to fully rehouse the existing residents on site and to provide approximately 50 % more dwellings for open market sale. The masterplan was adopted as a hybrid planning application so that each sucessive phase then was subject of a full planning submission and post-planning Sprunt provided all working drawings per phase for Barratt to construct.
